
TUMBLING CLASSES

Beginner Level 1/2: (Ages 4 and up) Mondays from 6:15-7:15pm
This class is the basic beginner tumbling class. We emphasize the progression of rolls, handstands, cartwheels and round-offs. During each class core strength will be a focus as well.
Intermediate Level 2/3: (Ages 6 and up) Wednesdays from 7-8pm
A proficient cartwheel is needed for this class and bridge being held for 10 seconds. Intermediate tumbling will include front/back walkovers and focus on round off back handspring and trick tumbling.
Advanced/Elite Level 4-6: (Ages 8 and up) Wednesdays from 7-8pm
A round-off back handspring is required without a spot. In advanced tumbling, we will focus on front and back flipping, round off back hand spring series tumbling passes and back tucks.
School Cheer and Stunt Training Classes: Mondays from 7-8pm
Focuses on skills included but not limited to: tumbling, jumps and stunting. Offered by skill level-including Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4.

Strength and Agility Classes: Wednesdays from 8-9pm
Take your cheer skills to the next level! Our Strength & Agility class is designed specifically for cheerleaders who want to build the power, speed, and endurance needed to perform at their best. This high-energy training focuses on explosive movements, core stability, balance, flexibility, and full-body strength—all essential for jumps, stunts, and tumbling.
