Beginner: (Ages 6 and under) Thursdays from 5-6pm

This class is the basic beginner tumbling class. We emphasize the progression of rolls, handstands, cartwheels and round-offs. During each class core strength will be a focus as well.


Intermediate: (Ages 6-18) Thursdays from 6-7pm

A proficient cartwheel is needed for this class and bridge being held for 10 seconds. Intermediate tumbling will include front and back walkovers, focus on round off back handspring and trick tumbling.

Advanced/Elite: (Ages 8-25) Wednesdays from 6-7pm

A round off back handspring is required without a spot. In advanced tumbling, we will focus on front and back flipping, round off back hand spring series tumbling passes and back tucks.


Cheer Training Classes: (Ages 6 and under) Mondays from 5-6pm
Focuses on skills included but not limited to: tumbling, jumps and stunting. Offered by skill level-including Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4.

Strength and Agility Class: Mondays from 6-7pm

Developing movement skills while having fun! They will be working on balance, multi-directional movement and overall coordination.
